Once your order is dispatched, packages are usually delivered within 7-10 business days，depending on your country or region. However, please note that some packages may take up to 14 days to arrive due to unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g. holidays).

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
